That would be fantastic Triade..
if there is a campsite or an area that has held such meets then that would be fantastic

of if your friends know a friendly farmer that is willing to have a selection of nxrs .. all reputable people mind
that a field could be used as a meeting area then that would really be superb..

the location would I suspect need to be pretty level due to some lowered nxs that may be out there
all help is getting this to a reality is gratefully appreciated..

that meet that happened in Rheims last year what locations did they use..

all ideas are welcome ..
just to let you know .. there are a few irish very interested in the trip over and I know there are a good few dutch joining in on the fun ..
The English and Germans appear quiet at the moment but there are a few that have expressed an interest in joining in ..

So here's to making this the beginning of hopefully many many internationals for us all to enjoy ..

My friends from french Alfa 147 forum made a meet last year in this free area :





It's a parking near Compiègne (60) about 100km from Reims.

There is an also an indoor karting and bowling center, some restaurants and a car wash.

Je m'avance peut être un peu trop, mais si sa intéresse la majorité, je pourrais me renseigner auprès de notre ami " Mickey ".
Je m'explique près du Disney Village, l'ancien parking est devenu un grand espace vide qui accueil des rassemblement de tout genre. ( Jamais vu de voiture, mais bon ... )
Je pourrai me renseigner, mais je promet pas de résultat positif...

Reason I was looking into Reims was it is close enough for Dutch and German and English members to join in ..
and I know from the Dutch forums there are a few already waiting for the date..
in my own forums we have a few from Ireland, Uk and even one from the Ukraine ready for the journey ..
German forums are a bit quiet..
as for us poor Irish Anyone that knows me .. knows where this is a meet and if I can make it I will be there..

am looking into some sites in Reims.. but local knowledge is always welcome ..
basically somewhere, where we can all meet up .. have a bbq, fire.. etc.. and camping..
Farmers field would be perfect as long as it is resonably level .. must remember lowriders amongst us

so all advice is welcome ..

Hello all .. and apologies for my absence..
so I presume there is none here from the Reim region.. that is able to help out in this ..
well no matter have looked and attempted in my own small way to contact some sites and to be honest for the cost of camping vs the cost of a hotel I am really swaying towards hotel
as such i am enquiring into availability ..

two hotels are standing out for me with the second one being more expensive but I do like the mention of free parking as the Arcantis does not mention this..

I am looking into activities to keep us occupied..

Aye Triade.. certainly a lot cheaper ..

do scare me a little not seeing pics of the rooms and the motels
but the hotels do seem to get good reviews..

still on the hunt .. so if anyone is local and knows hotels that are reasonable, clean,
and offer family pricing.... well worth the look see .

Well as no one signed up I presume that no one is interested in the hotel idea..
I have tried to contact a few camp sites around Reims and got little or no reponse .. dont ask me which ones as I honestly cant remember...
but If I could ask that some one here try to contact a few and lets try to make this a relality for this year..

any help is really appreciated, have tried a few but got no response must be me trying to contact from Ireland

looks good and ideal for those that dont want to camp ..
although not sure on how they would feel if a load of nxrs arrive on their site ..
not that were a bad bunch or not..

Triade has kindly offered to call a few other sites and see how it goes..
so all in all it really does like we can have a meet to look forward to ..
once site is booked we can have a look see at what to do ..

and plenty there.. motor museum, circuit not to far away ..
plenty for all tastes.. mm it is a champagne area after all ..
